Infocus Group was founded in Sydney in 2019 on a straightforward premise: that the organisations doing the most consequential work — in government, financial services, healthcare, and enterprise — deserved technology consulting that combined genuine strategic depth with the hands-on delivery capability to execute it.
We brought together a partner network of senior practitioners with experience across consulting, program delivery, cyber security, data and AI, integration, and talent — people who had led and delivered programs of real scale and complexity, not just advised on them from a distance.
Today we operate across six integrated practices, working with enterprise and government leaders on the programs that matter most to their organisations. Our capability spans the full arc from strategy through to sustained adoption — and we do not separate the two.
